Sean Connery's Beard
This page is all about answering one of filmdom's most burning questions: When was the last time you saw Sean Connery WITHOUT a beard? Or at least with just a mustache?
Of course, he never had a beard as James Bond. But he has almost ALWAYS had a beard ever SINCE James Bond, or at least some semblance of facial hair. A completely un-scientific discussion recently held at Carmine's Clamhouse, after screening the travesty that is "The League of Extraordinary Gentleman", resulted in this tentative list of facial-hair-free (or reduced) Connery roles in the post-Bond era:
